The process and method of using rust proof bags
10/25/2024The guiding principle for designing rust prevention schemes when using gas-phase rust prevention materials as a means of metal rust prevention is to provide a good “microenvironment” for the parts or products that require rust prevention as much as possible. In this microenvironment, the gas-phase rust prevention bag has a sufficient concentration of gas-phase corrosion inhibitor to protect the metal, thereby improving the rust prevention ability of the metal material.
The operation process of gas-phase rust prevention products is as follows: confirmation → design → workpiece cleaning → packaging → placement in gas-phase rust prevention bags → sealing → storage and transportation (1) confirmation. Firstly, confirm that the gas phase rust proof bag used is a qualified product. (2) Design. According to the usage requirements, calculate the amount of gas-phase anti rust material and design the packaging method (such as directly using roll film, sheet film, or using flat pockets, three-dimensional bags, etc.). If the workpiece size is large or large, anti rust bags or partitions should be added, and the anti rust effect should be confirmed through testing. (3) Workpiece cleaning. Clean the workpieces that require rust proof packaging according to the prescribed cleaning process and dry them.
(4) Packaging. Small workpieces made of roll film or sheet film can be directly packaged at the end of the production line and then boxed. Small workpieces can be directly packaged and boxed at the end of the production line using flat or three-dimensional bags. Small workpieces are packaged in full boxes, and the vapor phase rust prevention bags are laid flat inside the outer packaging box. After the workpieces are taken off the cleaning assembly line, they are neatly stacked in the vapor phase rust prevention bags.
(5) Place in a vapor phase rust proof bag. According to the design requirements, place sufficient amount of vapor phase rust proof materials in appropriate positions inside the packaging, such as adding rust proof film partitions in the middle of the parts, placing vapor phase rust proof boxes, vapor phase rust proof powder packs, etc.
(6) Seal it. After stacking the workpieces, promptly seal the vapor phase rust proof bag (cover).
(7) Storage and transportation. During storage, try not to open the packaging as much as possible. If it is necessary to open it, it should be sealed in a timely manner and appropriate vapor phase rust prevention materials should be added. Attention during operation: Workers must wear gloves and keep them clean. Unused gas-phase rust prevention products must be sealed and stored in a dry environment, and sufficient gas-phase rust prevention materials must be placed.
